Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. During his travels, Kugáluga and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kugáluga discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kugáluga fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Shamil was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Shamil was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shamil's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
