Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This late middle aged woman wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available she will default to her longsword and is in decent physical shape. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker brown hat.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Balifra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mercenary, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with her absent father

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Armara was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ida grew up listening to her mother's many stories. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Fortune-teller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.

Personality: Nicor is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
