Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Keth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Keth. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
