History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Duergath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Hethress wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hethress has worked very hard to control her curse. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He takes great joy in being the best Jeweler in town.

History: Nalral was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Jeweler and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is dressed in earthy colors with a black and blue handkerchief worn on her left side. Her long gold crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Biri grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Biri. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
