Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Astaro has worked very hard to control her curse. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Meriele fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
