Description: An older woman who wears a blue vest and prefers red and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, she is not a threatening figure. Her chestnut hair is singed and shortened. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Description: She usually wears her brown robe and has her pickaxe always slung over her shoulder. She is portly but not overly obese. She wears her red fur down. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dyer.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His hair is red and curly. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Morthos hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is greedy

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Malquis was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Glim was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
