Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: 4'9" and muscular, this northern man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cook for the past few years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, blue shirt, and black tie. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Ugol enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ugol studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This malnourished woman wears a brown tunic with green highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her silver hair is well kept. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Herleva took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This man stands a little under 4'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His auburn hair is still thick. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarai. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Sarai was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
