Description: He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roland grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roland. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. A true patriot, Vondal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Vondal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Bardryn was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bardryn decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Her gray fur is heavily combed to the right. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She wears a grey tunic with tan highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around her shoes. She carries with her a set of rapiers on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. Her auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Elizabeth is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. During her travels, Elizabeth and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Elizabeth discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Elizabeth fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she desires power and/or immortality
