She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Xanaphia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Unvera fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she has a crush on the local hunter

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Gimble speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Murgen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Vapula was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vapula decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
