History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Seamstress kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cecily studied abroad. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
