History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When Pearl reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Barkeep but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: An older man who is typically in his Mason uniform, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Mason.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure

Description: This woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her right hand. Her chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are black and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Farmer, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and many drow want him driven away

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is an amazing painter.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fortune-teller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a black collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are silver and catlike.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
