History: She was born into a rich family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hlin took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Puyet fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Adelard was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north.
