Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Varis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Her green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her grey boots flare out at the collars. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Gurdis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Gurdis has worked very hard to control her curse. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Tanner business.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barkeep business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Five fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Performer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She now mingles about in high society.
