Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He prefers to wear flannel. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Thervan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This slender man stands about 4'10". He is wearing a long, yellow cloak. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Anselm hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When Theren reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
