History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Stacee was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Stacee's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
