History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for him, and Oblar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
