History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ploughman.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Through the years after Hugolina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hugolina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.
