History: She was raised in a forest tribe. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Mary and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Altho lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Hunter, and he later adopted a second son.
