History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Barbena was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She now owns her own business.

Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep silver.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Semyaza embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Semyaza and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his father's many stories. A freak accident while working with his Knight father left him crippled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: This woman prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on her left hand. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. After coming to the age of reason, Melissa took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
