History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Emmeline abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Ownka took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Blacksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Pijjirik alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Pijjirik and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Vapula lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
