Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for her, and Elama does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: The child of a Bricklayer, who enjoyed hunting, Geva was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She got into the Barrister business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
