History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Beiro has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears an entirely grey suit with yellow socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He carries with him a set of glaives on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Anthony is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Anthony was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His first spouse was a Unemployed, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to unite with his sister

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Semyaza was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gesrethe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Crown-heir kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She got into the Priest business at a young age. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Priest for the past few years.
