History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

History: Born to a Detective, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Ivellios was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ivellios's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture
