History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She has achieved small success as a Bather.

History: Born to a Locksmith, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

History: Nora was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Her white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. Her ears are large.

Personality: Beatrice hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Beatrice was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance.
