History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Birel was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Birel's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

History: Born to a Ploughman, her father struggled to pay the bills. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has worked as a Roofer like her father before her.

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Sailor, her father struggled to pay the bills. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
