She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Ronwe was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand her business; and doesn't want to be a fletcher and was forced into it by her family
