History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but she was a colossal failure. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Surina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Surina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by her family; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a rapier on his belt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a flattop crest cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A friendly and beautiful Dragonborn, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
