Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Burgell was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Azaki is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Azaki grew up listening to his father's many stories. Azaki abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

His hair is long and blonde with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Gimble hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to be a seamstress again

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for her, and Irann does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She stands about 6'1" and wears a black cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has wavy blue crest. Her red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Nala took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
