History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born into a rich family. Maynild was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Maynild decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rolf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Seebo will drive conversation. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born into a rich family. When Seebo reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Duergath speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants revenge against goblins

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
