History: She got into the Herbalist business at a young age. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the north to a Shepherd, Prosperine learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Pearl and her spouse have recently divorced.
