Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gold eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a great chef.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Description: 6'10" and muscular, this northern man dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. He has chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Animal Trainer, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and expand his business

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Erias never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
