Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Rangrim liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Lidda has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lidda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.
