Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Farmer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Thorpe lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Maiathah was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Crown-heir, but she got bored and became a Roofer. She struck the Roofer job and began her own company from there.
