History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nelkin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nelkin. After a long history of fighting, Nelkin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
