Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mialee fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Edge will drive conversation. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student she started as a Spice Merchant, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dyer for the past few years.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Oren lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Nelkin was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him.
