History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nedda isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nedda was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Tawna was born with her father's beautiful face. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Tawna was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Melissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the north
