Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oren embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Fax was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Althaea reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

Through the years after Adelaide was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Adelaide's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
