Description: An older man who wears long strands of aquamarine and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, he is not a threatening figure. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Oloric hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Oloric was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zepar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zepar. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born in the west to a Jeweler, Margery learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has taken up work as a Jeweler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she's looking for her big break

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tattered old clothes. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Flask was born with his father's beautiful face. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her fur, while still mostly yellow, has prominent grey streaks. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.
