History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Henk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Born in the north to a Carpenter, Havilar learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Carpenter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has never given up on his writing dream.
