History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Arannis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Beloril was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beloril fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. History: He was born in a small desert village. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
