Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ruler profession.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length golden hair. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Helen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Helen. After months of barely getting by, Helen managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Heward was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
