Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To be a Mercenary again; and wants a kiss

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She sports a flattop fur cut. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: Flask was born with her father's beautiful face. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Stableman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Efferil was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Laborer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is greedy

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hrathy grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a red vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his red boots flare out at the collars. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Oblar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Fisher but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Riswynn grew up listening to her father's many stories. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and wants to work out more often

Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. She carries with her a set of glaives on her belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. With wild blonde hair. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zagga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zagga. She struck the Unemployed job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His blue crest is knotted and matted. His fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Azzakh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Efferil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Efferil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion
