Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
