Description: This late middle aged woman wears a fancy blue dress and is in decent physical shape. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Shanairla isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shanairla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shanairla. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Emerald is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
