Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. Her hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Xanaphia reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

She wears long strands of jet and short yellow dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Bellfounder father left her crippled. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he tends to wear a large black jacket. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Bounty Hunter in town.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Mantus was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Mantus's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.
Motivation: To be a Layabout again.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Menny was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Menny's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Menny fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Trym was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
