Description: This tall, slender man wears tattered old clothes. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Edge was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Frouse was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Frouse never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
