History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Ilanis learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She tends to her Carpenter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carpenter responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. The war was a terrible time for her, and Tagga does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Tagga has worked very hard to control her curse. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
