History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Vepar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
