Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Akta's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
