Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Vapula enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices.
